About
Tech Eximius 2026, organized by Tech Circle, is an online innovation hackathon designed to unite passionate developers, designers, innovators, and problem solvers from colleges and communities across
India. This event fosters a collaborative environment for participants to brainstorm, build, and showcase impactful technological solutions for real-world challenges. It serves as a platform for learning, innovation, networking, and growth, welcoming both beginners and experienced builders. Who Should Apply Open to students, developers, designers, and tech enthusiasts across India. Participation is allowed in teams of 1 to 5 members. Cross-college and cross-domain teams are encouraged. Each participant can be part of only one team. Hackathon Themes Participants are encouraged to build projects across a wide range of innovative domains, including: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Leveraging AI/ML for smart solutions. Healthcare & MedTech: Innovations in medical technology and healthcare delivery. FinTech: Solutions for financial services and technology. Sustainability: Projects addressing environmental and social sustainability. Women Safety & Social Impact: Technology for enhancing women's safety and broader social good. Blockchain & Web3: Decentralized applications and blockchain innovations. IoT & Smart Systems: Solutions involving the Internet of Things and intelligent systems. Open Innovation: Any other innovative ideas not covered by specific themes. Competition Format & Rounds The hackathon features an exciting multi-phase journey: Round 1: PPT / Idea Submission: Teams submit a presentation detailing their problem statement, proposed solution, features, tech stack, innovation, and impact. Submissions are evaluated on originality, feasibility, problem-solving approach, and clarity. Round 2: Project Submission: Shortlisted teams develop and submit a complete project/demo, including a GitHub repository, updated PPT/documentation, and a demo video or deployed link. Projects are judged on implementation, creativity, usability, scalability, and technical quality. Round 3: Final Presentation (Online): Finalist teams present their projects in an online evaluation round, which may include a live demo, project walkthrough, Q&A with judges, and discussion on future scope. Judging Criteria Projects will be evaluated based on Innovation & Creativity, Relevance to the Problem Statement, Technical Implementation, UI/UX & Presentation, Real World Impact, Scalability & Feasibility, and Team Presentation & Communication. All decisions by the judging panel are final. Rewards & Perks All participants, finalists, winners, and core team members will receive certificates. The hackathon also offers valuable networking opportunities with mentors, judges, and fellow innovators, community recognition, feature opportunities, and hands-on learning experience.
