progressively as the startup grows and consumes services. The bundle includes Azure OpenAI Service credits, up to 20 seats of GitHub Enterprise for one year, Microsoft 365 productivity tools, LinkedIn Premium, technical guidance, and access to the Microsoft customer network. Credits and benefits are tiered to the startup's stage and verified usage. The self-service track is open to any startup from idea to growth, with no funding requirement. A higher-tier investor offer is available to startups affiliated with an investor in the Microsoft for Startups Investor Network. The investor track requires that the startup builds and owns a software-based product, has received fewer than ~₹3.33Cr in lifetime free Azure credits, is for-profit and privately held, has not raised Series C funding, and is headquartered in a country where Azure services are available.

Credits are released in tranches as the startup grows. The self-service path starts with up to ~₹4.8L in Azure credits (with ~₹95K available immediately, usable within 90 days of sign-up). The investor-backed path starts at ~₹95L with the opportunity to unlock additional credits up to the ~₹1.43Cr ceiling based on verified Azure usage and program engagement.

Self-service track is open to any for-profit startup building a software product. The higher $100K-$150K investor track requires a referral code from a member of the Microsoft for Startups Investor Network, fewer than $350,000 in lifetime free Azure credits, no Series C funding raised, and a privately held for-profit entity. Educational institutions, government bodies, agencies, consultancies, and crypto-mining operations are not eligible. The startup's owned software product must be a core part of the business.
