EarthON Foundation

EarthON Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in New York (Forest Hills) that democratizes traditional funding practices by blending philanthropy and investment to unlock the potential of grassroots organizations and early-stage ventures across India and the Global South.

The foundation provides grants of up to USD 25,000 for CSOs, NGOs, and grassroots organizations, and investments of USD 30,000-60,000 for early-stage for-profit startup founders. Its flagship Changemakers program is a 10-month initiative supporting climate leaders and early-stage entrepreneurs working in sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, circularity, and economic transitions across India.

With 4 cohorts engaging 80+ NGOs and rural enterprises and 120+ startups across 18 Indian states, EarthON's bootcamps have distributed over USD 100,000 in grants. The foundation also runs sector-specific challenges like the Greenovation SustainAgri Challenge and the Green Steel Challenge.
