Freelancing Females

Freelancing Females is the world's largest community of freelancing women, with over 300,000 members globally. Founded in 2018 by Tia Grado and headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, the community was built on values of diversity, inclusion, and equity with the goal of bringing all women and femme-presenting people together in a safe, supportive space.

The platform provides multiple resources including a community forum for networking and discussion, a job board connecting freelancers with opportunities, a talent directory for clients to find skilled professionals, and educational content to support freelancing careers.
