Datadog gives early-stage companies up to a year of free access to the full Datadog platform, with credits worth up to ~₹95L. The program covers every Generally Available product across…

infrastructure monitoring, APM, log management, security, digital experience and AI observability — no watered-down tiers or hidden usage limits — plus optional access to Preview products as space permits. Applicants must be at Series A stage or earlier, new to Datadog (no current or prior account, no past DDFS credits), and referred through one of Datadog's official partners. The partner list spans VCs, accelerators and hyperscaler startup programs and is shown in the application form. Approval typically takes three to five business days; once accepted, founders confirm activation within 30 days and start using the credits immediately.

Accepted applicants must confirm credit activation within 30 days of the approval email. Accounts that remain inactive for three months receive a warning, with another 30 days to start using products before removal from the program.
