feature limits. Participants get the entire product suite (Product Analytics, Web Analytics, Mobile Analytics, Experiments, Metric Trees, Warehouse Connectors, Session Replay), every paid add-on (Data Pipelines, Group Analytics, Warehouse Connectors), full technical support, and access to a Slack community of startup founders and analytics practitioners. The program is open to companies incorporated less than five years ago that have raised no more than $8 million in total funding, have not previously been on a paid Mixpanel plan, and have not redeemed any other Mixpanel offer. After the free year, startups can move to a Free, Growth, or Enterprise plan with no vendor lock-in.

Plan valid for 12 months from approval. Covers up to 1 billion events per year and 500,000 Session Replay recordings. Startups must begin sending data to Mixpanel within 90 days of acceptance to remain in the program. The free year cannot be paused or saved for later, and a second free year is not available.
