Elevator Pitch - Bengaluru Edition

Elevator Pitch, Bengaluru Edition, is a unique live, on-camera startup pitch show produced by Masters' Union. This high-stakes format gives founders just 60 seconds to pitch their startup or idea to a single guest judge – a prominent founder, investor, or operator. The guest then asks 2-3 follow-up questions before making an immediate decision: a red buzzer signifies no, while a green buzzer awards an unconditional ₹1 Lakh grant on the spot. There are no panels, no lengthy deliberations, and no second chances, making it a true test of concise communication and compelling vision. Every pitch is filmed and published across Elevator Pitch channels, which have garnered over 5.5 million views, offering significant public visibility and direct feedback regardless of the outcome.

Who Should Apply This competition is designed for individual founders or those in the ideation phase. Applicants must be under 30 years of age and their startup's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) must be ₹1 crore or less. Participants must be comfortable pitching live on camera and are required to attend the shoot in Bengaluru on either June 13 or 14, 2026. The format is strictly for individual founders, with one founder per startup delivering the pitch.

Tracks / Themes Founders can pitch their own startup or idea across a wide range of sectors. The event curates founders by sector, including D2C, Ecommerce, Marketplaces, Fintech, SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, Biosciences, Robotics, Climate Tech, Consumer Apps, EdTech, and Creator Economy.

Format & Timeline The event spans two studio days, June 13–14, 2026, in Bengaluru, featuring 10 guest judges and around 100 founders pitching. Each founder gets exactly 60 seconds for their pitch, with no slides, decks, or visuals allowed. This is followed by 2-3 questions from the judge, culminating in a binary red or green buzzer verdict. Successful pitches receive immediate feedback and guidance from the guest judge.

Prizes A green buzzer awards an unconditional ₹1 Lakh grant directly to the founder. Masters' Union takes no equity, royalty, or any other obligation in exchange for this grant, making it a truly founder-friendly prize.

Eligibility Open to founders or individuals in the ideation phase. Participants must be under 30 years old and their startup's ARR must be ₹1 crore or less. Comfort with live on-camera pitching and mandatory in-person attendance in Bengaluru on June 13 or 14, 2026, are essential.

How to Apply Applications close on June 7, 2026. Founders are selected based on traction and sector fit, with shortlisted individuals assigned to specific sector floors for their pitch.
