Eligible startups receive structured screening, techno-commercial evaluation, and pitch readiness support. Transformative ventures may be considered for equity investment (up to ₹8 crore) along with active growth and scale-up support from Circulus Capital.

The initiative can provide equity investment of up to ₹8 crore per startup.
What technology readiness level (TRL) is required?
Startups must have a minimum TRL of 4, with preference given to those at TRL 7 or above.
