फाउंडेशन फॉर इनोवेशन एंड टेक्नोलॉजी ट्रांसफर (FITT) IIT दिल्ली का प्राथमिक उद्योग-अकादमिक इंटरफेस है। IIT दिल्ली बोर्ड ऑफ गवर्नर्स द्वारा 9 जुलाई 1992 को एक पंजीकृत सोसाइटी के रूप में स्थापित, FITT अनुसंधान अनुवाद, प्रौद्योगिकी विकास, IPR प्रबंधन, प्रौद्योगिकी हस्तांतरण और व्यावसायीकरण, R&D सहयोग, और स्टार्टअप ऊष्मायन और परामर्श की सुविधा प्रदान करता है।
