IIMCIP is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of the program, which includes startup outreach, rigorous application screening, evaluation, and the final selection of high-potential ventures that demonstrate scalable and sustainable business models.

The selected cohort will receive a CSR grant of up to ₹25 lakhs for top-performing startups, subject to performance evaluation criteria, with a general CSR grant provided to each selected startup. Beyond financial assistance, the program offers 9 months of structured incubation support, including one-on-one mentoring from IIM Calcutta Innovation Park and its network of industry experts. Participants will also benefit from customized technical bootcamps, masterclasses, and knowledge webinars, along with business diagnostics, mock pitch sessions, and business roadmap development. Crucially, the program provides investor pitching opportunities, fundraising support, and extensive networking with industry leaders, ecosystem partners, mentors, and investors.
