CAMRAS (Center for Advanced Manufacturing of Robotics and Autonomous Systems) is an industry accelerator set up at ARTPARK @ IISc by the Ministry of Heavy Industries to advance robotics and autonomous systems in India. It commenced operations with eight projects, covering robotic actuators, legged walking robots, soft robotics, autonomy sensors and intelligent controllers for unmanned systems. A skilling programme was also planned alongside it.
