Enterprise Singapore (SLINGSHOT)

Overview

Enterprise Singapore is the Singapore government agency championing enterprise development, and the organiser of SLINGSHOT, one of Asia's largest deep tech startup pitching competitions. Enterprise Singapore was formed in 2018 through the merger of International Enterprise (IE) Singapore and SPRING Singapore, and operates under the Ministry of Trade and Industry. It supports the growth of Singapore-based enterprises, builds trust in Singapore's products and services, and connects global startups to the Asian market. SLINGSHOT is its global startup-discovery platform, run as part of the Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH).

SLINGSHOT Program

SLINGSHOT is an annual global competition that scouts and showcases promising deep tech and high-growth startups from around the world, including a strong pipeline of Indian founders. Startups compete across themed tracks — typically spanning areas such as agritech & food, health & biomedical, smart cities & urban solutions, sustainability & cleantech, digital & advanced manufacturing, and emerging technologies. Selected startups pitch to a global audience of investors, corporates and government partners during SWITCH in Singapore.
