It works through three routes: a venture studio that co-founds new companies from scratch, an accelerator that invests at pre-seed and seed stage, and venture funds. Alongside capital it offers operational support from its own team of operators, access to its corporate partners, and a founder community and network. Its focus sectors are fintech, health, industrials and deep tech, and individual accelerator programmes are run with corporates including Aviva in fintech, Rio Tinto in mining technology, MSWA in MS and neurological care, and Northwestern Medicine in healthcare. Those corporate relationships are used for distribution and market intelligence, commercial partnerships and follow-on capital.
