IITI DRISHTI CPS Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organization established in December 2020 as the first Technology Innovation Hub and incubation centre at IIT Indore. Set up under the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS) with funding from the Department of Science and Technology, the hub focuses on System Simulation, Modelling and Visualisation. DRISHTI stands for DRiving Innovation through Simulation Hub for Technologies in Interdisciplinary Cyber Physical Systems.
The foundation aims to become a single-stop shop for CPS design and modelling by harnessing academia and industry expertise in a synergistic setup. It supports incubation of startup endeavours, invests in human resource development, and facilitates patenting, licensing, commercialization, and implementation of technology solutions. DRISHTI CPS also runs skill development programs and actively supports deeptech startups and researchers working on simulation, digital twins, and CPS-related applications.
Deeptech startups and researchers working on simulation technologies, digital twins, modelling and visualization tools, and cyber-physical systems applications.
