IC IITP भारत का एक अग्रणी इनक्यूबेटर है जो इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स सिस्टम डिज़ाइन एंड मैन्युफैक्चरिंग (ESDM), मेडिकल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना एवं संचार प्रौद्योगिकी (ICT) में विशेषज्ञता रखता है। बिहटा में 500+ एकड़ के IIT पटना परिसर के भीतर स्थित, यह केंद्र 2015 में ₹47.10 करोड़ के कुल परियोजना परिव्यय के साथ स्थापित किया गया था, जिसे MeitY और बिहार सरकार के सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग का समर्थन प्राप्त था।
'IC' उपनाम — 'इंटीग्रेटेड सर्किट्स' का संदर्भ — केंद्र के डीएनए को दर्शाता है: हार्डवेयर, स्वास्थ्य प्रौद्योगिकी और डीप टेक के प्रतिच्छेदन पर काम करने वाले संस्थापकों के लिए सटीक रूप से इंजीनियर किया गया समर्थन।
