About Labor Mobility Partnerships
Labor Mobility Partnerships (LaMP) is a non-profit that works to create safer, fairer and more scalable ways for workers to take jobs across borders. It is based in Washington DC, with a Berlin entity registered as a German gGmbH, and it works with employers, recruiters, workers and governments.
LaMP's stated goal is to help create better job opportunities for half a billion workers from low-income countries by 2050. That is a stated goal, not a result the organisation reports.

LaMP describes itself as a field-builder. It demonstrates good labor mobility in specific migration corridors and sectors by bringing together employers, responsible recruiters, workers and governments. It also offers technical assistance and tools to government agencies and industry associations, publishes research on the economic and social effects of labor mobility, and convenes partners at local and global levels.
