RakshaTech Synapse 2026 is an innovation initiative launched by IHFC (TIH of IIT Delhi) in collaboration with the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (EME) of the Indian Army. चयन प्रक्रिया
Applications will undergo a multi-stage evaluation process. Initially, proposals are screened based on alignment with program objectives and completeness of submission. A core criterion is the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 4 or higher, requiring a functional prototype or proof of concept. The evaluation committee, comprising experts from IHFC, Corps of EME, and other industry/academic leaders, will assess proposals against key criteria including: technological novelty, potential for national security and societal impact, scalability, and sustainability of the proposed solution. Shortlisted teams will be invited to present their prototypes during a 'Technology Showcase & Presentations' event, allowing them to demonstrate their innovation and elaborate on their implementation plans to the expert panel. Final selection will be based on the comprehensive assessment of the proposal, prototype demonstration, and presentation.
