Selected startups go through a 1-month hybrid incubation programme, combining in-person sessions at the AAU Incubation Center, Anand and online expert sessions. The program focuses on validating startup ideas, developing viable business models, building market-ready products, and connecting startups with investors and government support schemes. What the Programme Offers includes Startup Selection & Incubation, Structured Startup Training (startup fundamentals, product validation, business model development, market strategy, financial planning, investment readiness), Mentorship & Expert Guidance, Access to Infrastructure (Incubation workspace, University labs and testing facilities, Technical experts and faculty support), and Funding Facilitation through schemes such as RKVY RAFTAAR, Startup Gujarat, SSIP, other innovation grants, and connections with banks, angel investors, venture capital networks, and corporate partners. The programme is open to early-stage startups, innovators with prototypes or MVPs, students and researchers with commercializable technologies, innovative Agri-entrepreneurs, Food processing innovators, Agri-tech and rural innovation startups, and all other allied sectors of Agriculture. The program is offered free of cost to selected startups. For support beyond the one-month programme, AIC Anand Foundation offers additional engagement models under a SAFE arrangement, where selected startups may offer a small equity stake for continued incubation support. Certain components of the programme will require the physical participation of at least one key founder at the AAU Incubation Centre, Anand, Gujarat.
