Incubation at Amity Innovation Incubator

The incubator's main offer, which it calls a balancing model: you pay a monthly charge per seat, it takes an equity stake, and a royalty on sales applies in certain cases. How much of each is settled case by case with the incubator's management. Incubatees are expected to graduate within three years. Applications are rolling — no intake dates are published.

• Startups whose product or service has technology as its backbone
• Teams with relevant exposure across the areas the business depends on
• Businesses that can scale, with a business model the incubator's advisors find sound

How selection works: every incubation request is screened against parameters set by industry experts and mentors, so that only commercially viable and investable proposals get through. The equity share and the rent then depend on the startup's growth potential, stage and risk, and are agreed by discussion.
