Residential Incubation

This is the incubator's main offer. You take an enclosed office of about 120 sq ft, a wet-lab bench, or both together, and pay monthly. There is no published cohort or deadline, so it reads as a rolling intake.

What you get

• An enclosed office, a wet-lab bench, or both
• Laboratories and experimental facilities, conference rooms and library access
• Help commercialising the technology, and institute-industry introductions
• Basic business services and help raising finance
• Handholding alongside mentors through the early steps
• After incubation: advanced business plan and market research support, help with administrative and legal problems, and access to angel investors and venture capital

Who can apply

• Early-stage startups working on health or environment products — drugs, diagnostics, medical instruments, water treatment and related areas
• No student, incorporation or geography rule is published. The startups already in residence are incorporated companies and LLPs

How selection works: not published. The incubator asks for a filled application form, a presentation in its own format and a business plan on its template, which is the best guide to what it reviews.
