About NAVIYA — Pre-Incubation Programme
NAVIYA supports NIT Trichy students and faculty in turning a business idea into a venture. It runs in two stages with reviews in between, and finishing it puts your team into the main CEDI incubation programme.
What you get
- Stage one, Srijan, within six months: validate the idea, build a prototype, write a business model canvas
- Stage two, Virutcham, within six months: turn that into a working MVP and a venture
- Mentorship, co-working space, NIT Trichy labs and infrastructure, networking and interns
- Reimbursement of what you spend building the MVP, for selected teams
- A place in the main CEDI incubation programme on completion

- NIT Trichy UG, PG and PhD students
How selection works: teams move between the stages through regular reviews. The call does not describe the initial screen.
