LaunchLite Venture Studio Founder Sprint

LaunchLite is advertised as the 2026 edition of Cultiv8's venture-studio sprint. The incubator is blunt that it is not a course: it is four weeks of hands-on execution with weekly deliverables, run by startup operators. It charges a programme fee.

What you get

• Week 1, problem and founder clarity: the customer pain point, and why you are the right person to build this
• Week 2, solution and validation: rapid experiments and customer interviews to test whether the market will pay
• Week 3, MVP and go-to-market: the scope of the product and the channels to reach the first hundred users
• Week 4, execution roadmap: milestones, resources and measures for the next three to six months
• Weekly mentorship, cohort accountability and peer learning
• A 90-day execution roadmap and access to the LaunchSphere Labs ecosystem
• Listed alongside the sprint: seed support through the DST and Startup India schemes, Zoho credits, MathWorks simulation software, coworking space in Coimbatore, and prototyping lab and test bed facilities

Who can apply

• Idea-stage and very early-stage founders, including those at MVP, proof-of-concept or early traction
• Best fit named by Cultiv8: legal tech, real estate tech, agri tech and industrial automation

How selection works: On commitment, coachability and execution mindset rather than on the idea. Cultiv8's own line is that it is not looking for perfect ideas but for committed builders.
