About Coinnovate Ventures

CoInnovate Ventures is a startup accelerator and venture investor with locations in Kolkata, Dubai and Astana. It runs an online pre-accelerator, a three-month accelerator, a programme for launching sales abroad and a 30-day pitch readiness programme. Its site uses two names for the body, CoInnovate and CIV, and does not say whether CIV is the same company.

How the programmes work

The pre-accelerator is online and free, open to founders at any stage. It helps them work out their startup's structure and description before talking to investors, and ends with a 30-minute consultation with a pre-accelerator expert.

The CIV Accelerator runs for three months with investment from CIV. The site also calls it the CoInnovate Accelerator. Founders work with global experts, mentors and partners to improve key business indicators, build management skills and test ideas quickly. The site says top-performing startups attract follow-up rounds from CIV.

GoGlobal is a paid programme for teams that want to launch sales abroad without redeploying their existing team. Each team gets an individual tracker to adapt its product, choose a strategy, find clients and make its first deals. The site says acceleration lasts from three months.

Global Pitch Day is a 30-day pitch readiness programme for selected startups. Participants receive live training, investor-ready decks and IP and patent support. The site says 30 selected startups pitch live to more than 100 investors, and that pitch days use real stages in Dubai, India and Kazakhstan.

Separately, the site describes a corporate innovation service for large businesses. It covers internal innovation, cooperation with startups and training for leaders and staff.

Who can apply

The pre-accelerator is open to founders at any stage. The CIV Accelerator requires a minimum level of initial sales. GoGlobal requires a team with English proficiency and a marketing budget. Global Pitch Day takes selected startups only. The corporate service is for large businesses rather than founders.

Support

The site lists mentoring from global experts and mentors, help with IP and patent filing, and help finding clients abroad. Its investment pages describe its own venture partners, an angel syndicate, banking support, private equity connections and family-office introductions. It also lists warm introductions to investors and help negotiating term sheets.

Track record

These are the company's own figures, and they do not agree. Its metrics block reports 250+ startups accelerated. Its CEO biography says 6,500+ startups were helped to scale internationally. Its services page says 1,200+ startups raised funding and scaled across 102 countries, and its mentors page reports 1,200+ startups mentored in the last 24 months.

The site also reports 85+ corporate partnerships, 42 successful market entries and 18 exits and acquisitions. It does not give dates for these.

On follow-on funding, the mentors page says 87% of mentored startups raised it within 12 months of mentorship. The events page says 87% of founders who pitch at its events secure follow-on investment. The same events page gives two different multiples of funding for those founders: 3X average funding raised, and 3 to 5X more capital.

Who runs it

A press release from CIIE IIT (ISM) Dhanbad Foundation, dated 4 June 2026, describes the company as headed by entrepreneur and investor Arijit Bhattacharyya. The release reports that the company signed an MoU with the foundation, and a strategic collaboration agreement to promote an entrepreneurial culture on the IIT (ISM) Dhanbad campus.

Locations

The contact page lists locations in Kolkata, India; Dubai, UAE; and Astana, Kazakhstan. A global presence line on the about page reads Dubai, Australia, so the Australia reference is unclear. It also names Korea, with no address.
