About GALLOP
GALLOP is DERBI's core incubation programme and runs for two years. It is where the healthcare-specific support sits.

The regulatory and physician-network support is the distinguishing part. It is the bottleneck most medtech startups actually hit, and few incubators offer it.
Who can apply
- Startups in healthcare and allied areas
- Working on proof of concept and MVP development
- Focus areas: point-of-care devices, hospital management, home care, medical equipment, telemedicine, sports and wellness, nutrition
How selection works: submit the online application, DERBI's internal team screens it, you pitch to an external committee, then you are onboarded to the programme. DERBI also scouts startups directly, so an introduction through its mentor or portfolio network is a real alternative route.
