Flipkart Leap Ahead

Leap Ahead is the investment half of Flipkart Leap. Flipkart Ventures, Flipkart's investment arm, takes equity in selected startups, and Flipkart Leap describes the investment as financial rather than strategic. Selected startups then run a sixty-day programme built around growth, ending in a demo day with invite-only investors. Three cohorts have been published. This track is closed right now — its own application page says entries are closed, and the site says the next cohort's timeline will be announced.

Who can apply

• Startups based in India
• Tech-first startups using GenAI in their core solution or product
• Preferably between seed and Series A, though an older answer on the site describes the same track as pre-seed and seed
• Sectors named: fintech, healthtech, logistics and supply chain, AI and machine learning, consumer tech, retail SaaS, sustainability, gaming, native AI, quick commerce enablement and drone tech
• An incorporated company — the form asks which country you are registered in
• There is no fee to join

How selection works: startups fill in the online form, applications are evaluated, and shortlisted startups are called for an interview before the final cohort is chosen. The cohort size is not fixed in advance.
