About Elevate WomEN Incubation Program
An initiative of the Department of Electronics, IT, BT and S&T, Government of Karnataka and KITS, the Elevate WomEN Incubation Program empowers aspiring women entrepreneurs and women-led startups from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Executed by Global Incubation Services (GINSERV) in the Hubballi, Dharwad, and Belagavi regions, the program provides strategic mentoring, business development support, and access to a strong entrepreneurial network. Designed to nurture early-stage ideas into market-ready ventures, Elevate WomEN equips participants with the tools, knowledge, and guidance to scale their businesses and contribute to a vibrant startup ecosystem in Karnataka.
