GINCAP is a 12-week hybrid, cohort-based program designed to make startups fully investor-ready. It supports post-revenue, market-ready ventures with knowledge, tools, and resources to refine business models, strengthen financial and legal readiness, and prepare for fundraising. The program leverages GINSERV’s incubation ecosystem – including mentors, labs, co-working space, and investor networks. With curated workshops, one-on-one mentorship, and Demo Day exposure, GINCAP equips founders to raise capital confidently. Global best practices are integrated to align with international standards while addressing local ecosystem strengths. Who Can Apply? Startups at post-revenue / market-ready stage (seeking growth capital) Sectors: Open, with preference for scalable tech-driven businesses Founders looking to refine financials, legal compliance, valuation, and investor engagement. What GINCap Offers? Workshops & Masterclasses: Funding landscape, business model refinement, valuation, deal structuring, term sheets, financial modeling, pitching. Mentorship: One-on-one pairing with domain experts, investors, and successful founders. Investor Engagement: Clinics, rehearsals, curated Demo Day with angels, VCs, and corporate funds. Ecosystem Access: Co-working space, labs, peer-to-peer learning, post-Demo Day handholding. GINCap Program Coverage The program covers end-to-end investor readiness — from refining the business model and GTM strategies to financial modeling, legal structuring, and investor pitching. Participants undergo curated workshops, dedicated mentorship, and mock investor panels, culminating in a Demo Day with curated investors. Post-program support ensures continuity through due diligence and fundraising closure.
