About Tech Shakti
Tech Shakti is the Women CoE's larger programme, supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Its stated goals are to establish digital-led business models, narrow the gender digital divide and support rural women entrepreneurs. JECP reports its results in the past tense and does not show an open intake, so treat it as between rounds and ask.
