How selection works: Silver Ridge weighs the team at sixty per cent and the idea at forty. On the team it looks for resilience, decisiveness and boldness, integrity, clarity rather than jargon, the ability to navigate ambiguity, technical proficiency with a record of execution, and skin in the game. On the idea it looks for a unique proposition, a strong competitive advantage, a frugal and clear business model, achievable revenue potential, a capital utilisation plan and a path to profitability. No interview stage or decision timeline is published.
