The program is designed individually for each participant. It offers access to an extensive international mentor fleet, investor network for follow-up funding, EU funding consulting by international innovation advisory Alien Technology Transfer, and on-site business development services including legal, HR, and communications. Assistance in obtaining EU Blue Card & incorporation is also provided. Participants work at Vilnius Tech Park, which is described as the biggest ICT hub in the region.

StartupHighway is a Baltic startup accelerator and an early seed stage fund based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Established in 2011, it supports innovative technology startups, primarily from the CEE region, through an intensive acceleration program focused on value maximization. The program provides individually tailored support, expert guidance, and access to an extensive network of over 200 mentors from Europe and the USA. Startups also receive free open working space and on-site business development services at Vilnius Tech Park, an ICT hub.
