Before Applying

Several programs have specific eligibility constraints. The iDEX Open Challenge requires DPIIT-recognized startups or MSMEs. Electropreneur Park OCP 8.0 is limited to ESDM sector startups. The AWE Tech Innovation Challenge targets ventures serving underserved communities, which may restrict scope. Additionally, the Genesis by IKP program requires TRL 2–3 deep science, so not all hardware startups qualify.

Regarding deadlines, three programs close on 31 July 2026: Genesis by IKP, AWE Tech Innovation Challenge, and UdyogTech Synapse. Electropreneur Park OCP 8.0 closes on 9 August 2026, and iDEX Open Challenge on 30 September. The remaining programs have rolling applications, but some, like the EIR program, require pre-incorporation status and are cohort-based. Startups should verify their eligibility and prepare applications accordingly.
