What interest subsidy is available?

Interest subsidy covers 40%–70% of interest paid on term loans for 5 to 7 years. General MSMEs receive 40%; SC/ST and women entrepreneurs receive up to 70%. This is a percentage-of-interest-paid model (not a flat rate).

Is this scheme equity-free?

Yes. All benefits — investment subsidy, interest subsidy, electricity duty exemption, stamp duty exemption, and employment-linked incentives — are non-dilutive, non-repayable incentives.

Are there benefits for employing persons with disabilities or retired Agniveers?

Yes. The policy includes employment-linked incentives for hiring persons with disabilities and retired Agniveers (short-service military personnel). A per-employee incentive is paid for each such person employed.

Applications are submitted through the Chhattisgarh Industries portal at industries.cg.gov.in. Provisional registration is automatic under the single-window system. MSME applicants can also apply through their District Industries Centre (DIC).
