The Challenge Design a launch and adoption strategy for SkillBridge AI — an AI-powered interview preparation platform preparing to go live across India. Your job is to identify the right audience, craft the right message, and build a go-to-market plan that drives real usage. Who Should Apply Open exclusively to first-year MBA students. Teams must consist of exactly 2 members from the same campus. Inter-college teams are not allowed. There is no restriction on the number of teams from one institute. Format & Timeline Stage 1 — Case Submission: Register and submit a 4-page PDF (max 5 slides including cover) solving the SkillBridge AI challenge. Submissions must be original and in English. Shortlisted teams will be informed and invited to Stage 2. Stage 2 — Shortlisted Presentation: Selected teams present their solution to a jury. Details shared via email. Judging Criteria Clarity of thinking and problem understanding, depth of consumer and market insight, creativity and originality of the strategy, practicality and business relevance, quality of presentation. Prizes Cash prize for the winning team plus a paid 6-week live project with enParadigm, working on real growth, sales, marketing, and product feedback for their Interview AI product. Selected performers receive a fixed stipend + performance incentives + additional cash bonus for top-performing teams. Eligibility Open to first-year MBA students only.
