The IoT Incubation Programme gives startups a seat at the centre's Bengaluru facility, with lab access, mentorship and enterprise connects. It runs on rolling intake rather than fixed cohorts, so startups join as they are accepted.

Acceleration support without an incubation seat, for startups that want the centre's network and programme but not a desk.

Virtual acceleration is for startups that do not want to take an incubation seat at the centre. The application process and the support are similar to incubation, with no seat allocated. Startups pay a yearly fee, and incubated and graduated startups get a discount. Intake is rolling, and the centre does not run fixed-date batches.

कार्यक्रम कैसे चलते हैं

केंद्र दो स्टार्टअप मार्ग चलाता है। इन्क्यूबेशन में स्टार्टअप को बेंगलुरु केंद्र में छह महीने के लिए एक सीट मिलती है, जो प्रगति और ज़रूरत के आधार पर अधिकतम दो वर्ष तक नवीनीकृत हो सकती है। वर्चुअल एक्सेलेरेशन उन स्टार्टअप के लिए है जिन्हें सीट नहीं चाहिए। इसका आवेदन मार्ग वही है और समर्थन भी लगभग वैसा ही है, और इसका शुल्क प्रति स्टार्टअप प्रति वर्ष लिया जाता है। इन्क्यूबेशन सीटों का शुल्क सरकार द्वारा सब्सिडी प्राप्त दर पर प्रति सीट प्रति माह, GST के साथ लिया जाता है। किसी भी मार्ग में निश्चित तारीख वाले कोहॉर्ट नहीं चलते। स्टार्टअप अलग-अलग समय पर आवेदन करते हैं, और स्वीकृति मिलने पर केंद्र उन्हें जोड़ता है।

कौन आवेदन कर सकता है

IoT, AI, ML, डीप टेक या अन्य उभरती तकनीकों पर काम करने वाले स्टार्टअप आवेदन कर सकते हैं, और उनके पास कम से कम एक प्रोटोटाइप होना चाहिए। केंद्र कहता है कि वह सेक्टर-अज्ञेयवादी है, लेकिन AgriTech, HealthTech, Industry 4.0, Energy, Water, CleanTech, Automotive और Smart Cities को प्राथमिक क्षेत्रों के रूप में नामित करता है। आवेदन से पहले संस्थापकों को केंद्र के स्टार्टअप पेज पर मौजूदा इनटेक जाँच लेना चाहिए, क्योंकि इनटेक फ़ॉर्म एक तीसरे पक्ष के प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर होस्ट है।

स्टार्टअप को मेंटरशिप, बाज़ार पहुँच और एंटरप्राइज़ कनेक्ट मिलते हैं, जिनमें एंटरप्राइज़ पार्टनर और केंद्रीय व राज्य सरकारी संस्थाओं के साथ को-क्रिएट कार्य शामिल हैं। केंद्र फ़ंडिंग कनेक्ट और सत्र, एक क्यूरेटेड निवेशक समुदाय के माध्यम से रणनीतिक फंडरेज़िंग, AWS और GCP जैसे क्यूरेटेड प्रदाताओं से क्लाउड क्रेडिट, विनिर्माण भागीदारों और उत्पाद प्रमाणन में मदद, तथा बौद्धिक संपदा पर सहायता भी देता है। केंद्र अपने मॉडल को FAME बताता है, जिसका अर्थ है funding, incubation, acceleration, mentor support और enterprise connect। इसकी इन-हाउस टीम इन्क्यूबेटेड स्टार्टअप के साथ भर्ती, बिज़नेस मॉडल सुधार, स्टार्टअप मेट्रिक्स और वर्कशॉप पर भी काम करती है। इन्क्यूबेटेड स्टार्टअप को केंद्र द्वारा जाँचे गए सर्विस पार्टनर से डील और क्रेडिट भी मिलते हैं।
