Savli Technology and Business Incubator (STBI)

Savli Technology and Business Incubator (STBI) is the nodal organisation for nurturing deep-tech startups in Gujarat, operating under the administrative oversight of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Gujarat. Located within the GIDC industrial estate at Savli, Manjusar, Vadodara, STBI is integrated into the national startup grid as a BIRAC-supported bio-incubator, DST-supported TBI, and DPIIT-recognised Startup India incubator. The facility houses scientific infrastructure including clean rooms, plant tissue culture labs, cell culture labs, bio-fabrication facilities, common instrumentation labs, a fab lab, design studio, and mechanical workshop. STBI supports startups with mentoring, financial linkages, commercialisation guidance, and access to multiple funding schemes including BIRAC SEED Fund, Startup India Seed Fund, NIDHI-SSS, and Gujarat Industrial Policy 2020 incentives.
