Priority focus areas include AI & Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, IoT, Blockchain, Fintech, Ed-tech, Health-tech, and Deep-tech, with technology-driven software and product startups strongly encouraged to apply. Eligibility criteria include being registered as a Private Limited Company in India, minimum 51% Indian ownership, based in a Tier-II or Tier-III city, possessing a valid DPIIT recognition certificate, having a market-ready product with strong commercialization potential (preference for granted patents), and not being involved in legal disputes.
