The GENESIS Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) Program – Cohort 2 is a initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) to boost the startup ecosystem in Tier II and III cities. Hosted by the Atal Incubation Centre-BIMTECH, this program offers critical support to innovators working on solutions across the Deeptech, Electronic Design & Manufacturing (EDM), and ICT spaces. The core objective is to provide structured mentorship, incubation, and non-dilutive grant funding to help entrepreneurs advance their innovations from the ideation stage to a working prototype.
The program offers a grant of up to ₹10 Lakhs over one year, along with access to a rich ecosystem of academic and industry experts at AIC-BIMTECH, which is strategically located in the Delhi NCR region (Greater Noida).
