It offers mentoring, fundraising, and networking with Asia's best. The program's time commitment is 5–8 Hours / Week, program fee is $150 USD, duration is 5 Weeks – 5 Months, and it is fully virtual. The Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS), launched by DPIIT under the Startup India initiative with an outlay of INR 945 Crore, supports startups in proof of concept, prototype development, product trials, and market entry. AIC-BIMTECH was selected under SISFS in 2021, with an allocation of INR 5 Crore to provide financial assistance and incubation support to 61 promising startups. The scheme aims to bridge the early-stage funding gap and strengthen startup ecosystems across Tier-II and Tier-III regions in India. It enables startups to develop Proof of Concept (PoC), build prototypes and pilot solutions, conduct product trials, enter the market and commercialize innovations, and scale impactful business solutions. Eligibility requires DPIIT-recognized startups incorporated within the last 2 years, with support limited to INR 10 Lakhs under other schemes. It is sector-agnostic. Funding includes grant support up to INR 20 Lakhs and investment support up to INR 50 Lakhs for commercialization and scaling, provided via Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs). Startups must obtain DPIIT Recognition, register on the SISFS portal, and apply to a DPIIT-recognized incubator.

Provides pilot funding support of up to INR 40 Lakhs for startups to validate market-ready solutions through pilot deployments with industry giants.

The Pilot Funding component enables startups to validate market-ready solutions through pilot deployments with corporates, PSUs and large enterprises. The program is aimed at helping startups build market credibility, gain commercial traction and accelerate product adoption through real-world implementation opportunities. The initiative also promotes industry-startup collaboration across emerging technology sectors including AI, ICT, deep-tech and electronic manufacturing. Funding support of up to INR 40 Lakhs is available to facilitate pilot deployments and validation. Focus areas include Electronic Design & Manufacturing (EDM), Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Information Technology (IT), Deep-tech and digital transformation solutions. Eligibility criteria include being a DPIIT-recognized startup, registered as a Private Limited Company or LLP, having a functional prototype or MVP ready for pilot deployment, demonstrating a viable business and commercialization plan, possessing a pilot work order or purchase order from an eligible enterprise, and having a full-time founder/co-founder actively involved. Startups previously supported under TIDE 2.0 or SAMRIDH are not eligible. Program benefits include financial support for pilot deployments, strategic mentorship from industry experts, networking opportunities, and capacity building sessions.

Offers 1:1 matching investment support of up to INR 50 Lakhs for startups from Tier-II & Tier-III cities that have raised institutional capital.

The GENESIS Matching Fund initiative supports startups from Tier-II and Tier-III cities that have successfully raised investment from institutional investors. The program bridges funding gaps by providing matching financial support to accelerate business growth, innovation and market expansion. Maximum funding is ₹50 Lakhs on a 1:1 basis against eligible external investments. Priority focus areas include AI & Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, IoT, Blockchain, Fintech, Ed-tech, Health-tech, and Deep-tech, with technology-driven software and product startups strongly encouraged to apply. Eligibility criteria include being registered as a Private Limited Company in India, minimum 51% Indian ownership, based in a Tier-II or Tier-III city, possessing a valid DPIIT recognition certificate, having a market-ready product with strong commercialization potential (preference for granted patents), and not being involved in legal disputes. Startups previously supported under TIDE 2.0 (Scale-up) or SAMRIDH are not eligible. Funding is provided as equity-based matching support.

Selected from the first batch of AICs in 2017 out of 3,658 applicants, it operates across 16,500 sq ft with co-working and co-living spaces for resident entrepreneurs.
