Before you apply

• Check the live website first. We could only read archived copies, so details such as intake and fees may have changed.
• VenturePark is for founders who have an innovative idea or technology and want to turn it into a product or service. If you already have a finished product, a business plan and a client or two, it suggests an angel investing route instead.
• Ask whether the programme is on site at Industry House in Patna, online, or both. Its pages describe both.

How applications work

• Use the Apply For Incubation form on the VenturePark website.
• Do not put patented or proprietary details in the form. The form page says it does not expect them.
• The incubator does not sign a separate non-disclosure agreement with each applicant, though its team, evaluators and mentors sign agreements with the incubator.
• We found no deadline, no fee statement and no statement on equity. Ask before you commit.

Seed fund route

• VenturePark has a page on the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme. Startups reach the scheme through the Startup India portal, where an internal committee screens them first. Confirm with the incubator that it is still taking applications before you rely on it.

Already incubated elsewhere

• The incubator says startups incubated by other incubators can still join for business mentoring and networking.

VenturePark, which also calls itself BIA Incubator, is a startup incubator in Patna, Bihar. It is run by the Bihar Industries Association (BIA), a non-profit body of Bihar's industry and service sector, and works from the association's Industry House on Sinha Library Road. Its stated aim is to help entrepreneurs turn their ideas into successful and profitable ventures.

This page was written from archived copies of VenturePark's own website and of the association's website. The live site could not be opened when we checked on 14 October 2026, because it shows a bot-check page instead of its content. The newest copy of its home page that we read carries a 2025 copyright line, and the association's own site, as copied in June 2026, still lists the incubator and links to biaventurepark.com. Check the live site before you plan around any detail below.

What VenturePark offers

The incubator lists these services for startups: mentorship, co-working, a business network, investor connect, seed funding, master class sessions by industry experts, a pitching competition and team building. Its about page says mentoring by industry veterans is a key part of the programme, along with capacity-building sessions by subject experts on marketing, financial projections, legal structure and compliance. It says it works with the Government of Bihar and other investors to bring capital support to deserving entrepreneurs.

Its about page describes a co-working space with internet, printing, security and power backup, and its site footer lists co-working among its services. The incubator also describes the incubator as one that can serve entrepreneurs remotely so they do not have to relocate. The two descriptions sit side by side, so ask before you assume either a desk or a fully online route.

Who can apply

VenturePark says to apply to the incubator if you have an innovative concept or technology and want to turn it into a product or service and build a business around it. If you already have a developed product, a finished business plan and one or two clients and want to scale, it points you to an angel investing route instead, and says the incubator does not ensure angel investment for incubatees. Founders who are already incubated elsewhere are welcome to join for mentoring and networking. We found no stated rules on entity type, sector, location, fees or equity, and no cohort dates or deadlines.

How to apply

Applications go through the Apply For Incubation form on VenturePark's website. The form page carries a disclaimer: you are not expected to share proprietary or patented information, and by applying you agree not to claim compensation for the information you provide. It says the team, evaluators and mentors sign non-disclosure agreements with the incubator, but the incubator does not sign separate agreements with each entrepreneur.

Startup India Seed Fund Scheme

VenturePark has a page on the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme. In the copy we read, from May 2024, it says the association received scheme funds from the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade for onward support to startups, lists an internal screening committee and an incubator seed management committee, and names twelve startups from several Indian states that it had selected. It says applications arrive from the Startup India portal. The scheme itself belongs to the national government, and we could not confirm any current window from the archived page.

Who runs it

The Bihar Industries Association says it was established in 1943 and was the apex representative body of industry and services in undivided Bihar. That year belongs to the association, not to the incubator, whose own founding year is not stated on the pages we read. The incubator's pages name a governing council and an executive committee made up of association members and industry figures.

Events

The site menu lists the Bihar Startup Conclave, and its home page promoted the 2024 edition when it was copied. We did not find a cohort or event calendar for 2026.
