Incubation Centre, IIT Patna (IC IITP)
IC IITP is India's leading incubator specialising in Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM), Medical Electronics, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Located within the 500+ acre IIT Patna campus at Bihta, the centre was established in 2015 with a total project outlay of ₹47.10 crore, supported by MeitY and the Department of IT, Government of Bihar.
The nickname 'IC' — a nod to 'Integrated Circuits' — captures the centre's DNA: precision-engineered support for founders working at the intersection of hardware, health technology, and deep tech.
