Colossa Ventures LLP is a SEBI registered venture capital management company based in Lower Parel, Mumbai. It manages the Colossa WomenFirst Fund, a Category II alternative investment fund, and describes its approach as "Women First. Business First". Colossa names IIT Bombay, IIT Madras and Manipal Academy as partners for startup evaluation and access to resource groups. Bombay Law Chambers handles legal matters and due diligence, and Hemang Bakshi and Associates handles compliance and legal matters. An advisory board of founders and operators from the finance, consumer and technology worlds sits alongside the investment team, which includes venture partners with biotech and finance backgrounds.
