The program provides access to a pool of exceptional cofounders, weekend residential retreats, expert advice on cofounder pairing, and a cohort of peers. Founders receive a dedicated advisor, a San Francisco-based partner for US market access, workshops on customer development for the US market, hands-on support for fundraising materials, opportunities to pitch at San Francisco Demo Day, bespoke introductions to investors, and guidance on Delaware C Corp incorporation and relocation. It includes an equity-free grant and investment once a company is formed, with follow-on funding and credits. Office space for nine months is provided in central London, Bangalore, and San Francisco.

Fellows receive a $10K equity-free grant, three months of housing in San Francisco alongside other founders, access to EF’s founder community and workspace, dedicated 1:1 coaching and support, and guidance from EF partners, advisors, and mentors. Participants can explore starting points, ideas, meet and evaluate cofounders, and test ideas. Upon completion, there is an option to pitch for EF’s full investment, continued company-building support, and an exclusive Demo Day for top-tier US investors.
