Incube Ventures

InCube Ventures is a venture firm that invests in and nurtures promising life sciences companies. Its mission is to identify extraordinary innovations that solve unmet clinical needs for large patient populations and help bring those innovations to market. It has multiple funds, including its first fund, DFJ InCube Ventures, managed with Draper Fisher Jurvetson. All funds are diversified by stage and focus on breakthrough innovations in medicine with a particular focus on pharma, biologics, and devices. Some companies funded come out of InCube Labs, while others come from outside. The team reviews business plans, meets with entrepreneurs, and selects a fraction of companies to invest in. InCube Ventures works with portfolio companies to reduce risk, including technical, regulatory & clinical, reimbursement, Intellectual Property, and competitive, assisting in setting strategy, solidifying IP positions, navigating regulatory paths, conducting clinical trials, securing funding, and managing acquisitions and IPOs.
