About QRate
QRate is an assessment programme, not a funding call. A recognised startup submits a business plan and receives a scorecard rating it from Bronze through Silver, Gold and Platinum to Signature — and that band is what decides how much state support it can claim.
What you get
- A QRate Card scorecard with a written assessment of strengths and weaknesses, within fifteen working days of submission
- Skill building and fundraising assistance built around the gaps the scorecard finds
- A rating band that unlocks the matching funding slab
Who can apply
- Startups already registered and recognised on the iStart portal
How selection works: assessors score the concept, product and service; revenue streams, pricing and business model; the priority market and expansion plan; customer experience management; product and service design; market potential and size; cost structures; the business case; and marketing and sales planning.
How to apply: submit the business plan online on the iStart portal using the template published there. Re-evaluation can be requested.
