• A scalable business model
• Revenue, or strong user growth numbers

How it runs: months one to two on growth diagnostics, unit economics and finding the bottleneck; months three to four on go-to-market, partnerships, hiring and operations; months five to six on investor pitch preparation, the round itself, and market expansion.
