About Maruti Suzuki Innovation Fund
The Innovation Fund is not an entry point to the platform. It is where the funnel ends: Maruti Suzuki takes a minority stake in startups that have already been through one of its programmes and completed a paid proof of concept. Three investments are named on its page — Sociograph Solutions, which builds the DaveAI platform, Amlgo Labs, and Ravity Software Solutions.
What you get
- A strategic minority investment
- Mentorship and access to Maruti Suzuki's expertise and resources
Who can apply
- Idea-stage or early-stage startups in a pre-Series A or Series A round
- A refined product serving multiple customers
- You must be taking part in one of the Maruti Suzuki Innovation programmes
- You must have completed a paid proof of concept successfully
How to apply: there is no separate form. The route in is to finish a paid pilot through Nurture, the Incubation Program, the Accelerator or the Mobility Challenge. Unlike those programmes, the fund does take equity.
