About MeitY TIDE 2.0
FTBI states on its own page that it is a Group 3 incubation centre under the Ministry of Electronics and IT's TIDE 2.0 scheme. The call is currently between intakes — the published last date was 30 November 2025 and no new round is announced.
What you get
- Entrepreneur-in-Residence support, for teams at the idea or prototype stage
- A product and prototyping grant, for teams whose prototype is further along
Who can apply
- Indian citizens, individually or as a team
- Entrepreneur-in-Residence: you need an idea or a prototype
- Product grant: you need a proof of concept with an initial prototype ready
- Your solution must be ICT-enabled and address healthcare, education, agriculture, financial inclusion including digital payments, infrastructure and transport, environment and clean tech, clean energy or another emerging area
- At least one team member must pursue the idea full time
- You cannot hold a fellowship from another funding organisation at the same time
The scheme is themed on electronics, robotics, IT and IT-enabled services, artificial intelligence with a preference for original research, deep learning, and long-gestation technology.
How selection works: FTBI says its award decision is final. The induction date is notified after selection.
