How selection works

  • Selection is competitive and based on criteria set by REACH.
  • Acceptance is at REACH's discretion.

Before you apply

  • The programme pages do not say whether REACH takes equity or charges a fee.
  • The pages do not say whether companies based outside a programme's region can apply. Ask hello@narreach.com before you spend time on an application.

About REACH

NAR REACH is a growth accelerator for technology companies in real estate and adjacent industries. It is created by Second Century Ventures, a technology growth fund backed by the National Association of REALTORS®, and it runs event-based programmes in several regions. Its terms of service name Illinois as the state where REACH is headquartered.

How programmes work

Each programme is an intensive, event-based accelerator. The programme pages describe a two-day kickoff, a pre-programme survey, monthly strategy calls, one-on-one mentorship with experienced industry leaders, a masterclass series, executive roundtables with CEOs and Demo Day presentations. The US Residential page describes a bespoke seven-month programme, and the Canada page describes a seven-month intensive. Participants also get access to a network of industry executives, investors, corporate partners, sponsors and peer entrepreneurs from around the world. Selected companies finish with a graduation ceremony. The site says alumni keep access to the REACH team after the programme, and it describes an invite-only annual founders summit.

Who can apply

The REACH terms of service say the programme is open to companies innovating in real estate or related industries. Admission is selective and based on criteria set by REACH. Participation does not require co-location, because the programme can be completed remotely. Applicants must give accurate and complete information during the application process. Each regional page describes its own market focus. The Israel page describes a programme aimed at the Israeli market, the UK page covers companies across Europe, the Latin America page draws on the US, Canada and the global network, and the Middle East page covers the MENA region.

Locations and programmes

REACH runs US Residential and US Commercial tracks, and regional programmes in Canada, Israel, Latin America, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Australia and New Zealand. The Australia and New Zealand programme is headquartered in Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The Israel programme is based in Tel-Aviv. The 2026 Middle East programme was announced with the endorsement of the Dubai Land Department and the Dubai Technology Entrepreneurship Campus. A separate REACH Labs programme helps real estate associations and MLS teams scout technology companies in their own regions.

Track record

The About page says that, beginning with the class of 2013, REACH has scaled more than 200 companies serving real estate and adjacent industries. It names Notarize, Knock, Curbio, Rental Beast, Stake and Occupier among them. Alumni get access to the REACH team after the programme, along with a network that the site describes as global, with VIP demo days and one-on-one introductions.

Scale

The site gives different counts for its network. Some pages say more than 200 companies have been scaled since the class of 2013, others give 300-plus companies in the portfolio, and one US Residential page says over 350. The site also states 100-plus bilateral partnerships and 70-plus countries, and says the team has direct relationships with over 1,000 real estate executives. These are the provider's own figures and they do not agree with each other, so check them on the page before you rely on one.

Who runs it

REACH is run by Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment arm of the National Association of REALTORS®. The team page lists managing partners and venture partners across the regional programmes. The team says it has more than 100 years of experience in the industry, with tenures at real estate startups, consumer search portals, national franchises and Fortune 500 brands. The site also has a mentor sign-up and a sponsor programme.
