Laikim Sister
ProgrammeA pilot cultural exchange program connecting Indigenous Australian and PNG women entrepreneurs across traditional foods, cultural tourism, and creative arts.

About The Difference Incubator
The Difference Incubator (TDi) was an organization dedicated to building sustainable organizations that create positive change, specifically focusing on social entrepreneurs and mission-led businesses. It offered accelerator programs like "Two Feet" for social entrepreneurs and "Accelerate with IBA" in partnership with Indigenous Business Australia to support Indigenous business owners. TDi also ran programs like Laikim Sister, a cultural exchange initiative for women entrepreneurs. The organization advocated for and co-designed the NAB Impact Investment Readiness Fund to strengthen investment opportunities in the social sector. At the end of 2024, The Difference Incubator closed its doors, transferring its resources to a new impact area focused on Locally-led Regenerative Economies, now known as Neighbourhood Economics.
