Operating as a global network with a local presence in Kenya and Uganda, TBN supports high-potential entrepreneurs primarily through its six-month accelerator program, Scale for Success. The network provides expert coaching, technical expertise, business growth coaching, scaling strategy, financial skills training, and mentoring to help entrepreneurs become investment-ready and scale their businesses. TBN also offers bespoke investment advisory services to investors and facilitates access to early-stage finance for its portfolio companies.
